Myofascial Release

Help release your client from pain and discomfort

Myofascial release (MFR) is a complementary therapy that can be useful in treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood, oxygen, and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex. It can be effective in preventing and recovering from pain associated with exercise.
